Techical questions:
I can't watch your free trailers and/or movies, how do I fix that?
Simply install/upgrade to Windows Media Player 9 or higher.
How can I download your movies on my computer?
Simply Right-Click on any download link, choose "Save Target As" and select and a destination directory. When it's downloaded, just go to this directory and double-click on the downloaded movie file in order to watch it.
My downloads are not completing, what should I do?
We suggest you use a download manager. We recommend Free Download Manager.
When I left click to play a .wmv file, it doesn't open Windows Media Player?
Simply set Windows Media Player as your default player for WMV files. Please read the intructions below.
What are the system requirements in order to play your movies?
Mac OS, Windows 95 or higher with Windows Media Player 7.1 or higher installed. It is recommended that your download speed be at least 2Mbps to view our high quality 2Mbps streams.
I don’t have the ‘Save Target As’ option, what can I do?
